Chief Executive Full Time

Harrow is an ambitious organisation, and we are looking for a Chief Executive to share the ambitions we all have for our residents, businesses and borough as a whole. The role

The opportunities in Harrow are vast. We have ambitions to build better lives for our communities both now and in the future, creating a thriving, modern, inclusive and vibrant borough that all our communities can be proud of. You will do this by transforming our services; embedding a resident first ethos in all of our decision making; and delivering our wide array of regeneration schemes.

You will not be able to do this on your own. To succeed, we will be looking to you to enhance the skills and career opportunities of all of those around you; building upon our open and transparent culture. The voice of our workforce is critical in our future success, and you will harness all of the expertise within our organisation to deliver the best possible outcomes for our communities.

The Person

We need a new Chief Executive to showcase all that we are doing, and build an organisation that is reflective of the society we need to become post Covid: one that is caring, greener and digital, within our financial constraints and changing regulations.
