Do you have a strong track record in senior management within a health and social care setting? Do you possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained at a senior management level within an organisation of comparative complexity? If so, we have a new challenge for you.
We are about to embark on a new phase of our journey and are looking to appoint a Chief Executive to help us deliver our mission. As well as having the necessary functional skills gained from working in a social care leadership role, the CEO will need to lead and inspire others on this journey so we can continue to grow our impact.
The successful candidate will lead with values grounded in compassion, kindness and human rights. The CEO is responsible for developing and directing our mission, strategy and business plan through the provision of effective line management to the Senior Leadership Team, close collaboration with the Board and forming close and positive relationships with Commissioners and families.
