At FareShare Sussex, we are growing rapidly and are seeking to appoint a dynamic CEO.

With the support of the board of trustees, you will lead a dedicated team of 17 staff and 150 volunteers to help us achieve our mission of fighting hunger, tackling food waste and transforming lives through the redistribution of food.

You will combine a strategic mindset with a strong motivation to take our service to even higher levels of excellence. In addition to having overall accountability for its financial health and operational performance, you will be an inspirational ambassador for FareShare Sussex, raising the profile of the organisation and overseeing the development of strategic partnerships and fundraising opportunities.

Celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, your leadership capability, coupled with a commitment to investing in our people, will enable you to align our staff and volunteers behind our shared vision, helping to shape its future and ensure FareShare Sussex continues to punch above its weight.
