This is an outstanding opportunity to make a positive social impact by supporting those trying to do good, to do better, and build programmes to accelerate the pace of social change.
We work with organisations of all types including charities, corporate trusts, and government departments on social programmes to ultimately improve wellbeing and tackle inequalities. Our approach is grounded in promoting lived experience, valuing place-based activity and being community-led.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and work with a highly committed team and Board, taking ultimate responsibility for developing and implementing our strategy, managing the senior leadership team, driving business operations and providing oversight across our work. The role requires someone who will look inwards as well as outwards – ensuring the business is well run, that our culture is maintained and that it stays a great place to work while also helping us to scale through high impact projects.
We are looking for candidates who bring an experience of empowering local communities to take action, with a strong track record in brokering and managing successful income generating partnerships. An experience in consulting and an understanding of the consulting firm business model would be highly advantageous but not essential for the right candidate. A good understanding of the systemic issues that cause poverty and inequality will be essential.
