Canine Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer to join the Charity and lead us through our next stage of growth by delivering the ambition set out in the 5-year strategic objectives following the re-launch of our vision and mission, with the support of an experienced Senior Management team and dedicated staff and volunteers.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the business in support of the charity’s vision, mission and values while acting as an ambassador for Canine Partners. Using open and effective communication, you will promote an environment of even balance between the welfare of our dogs and the needs of our beneficiaries.
What we’re looking for:
You must be ambitious, collaborative and entrepreneurial with a demonstrable track record in delivering to a strategy to produce results. You must have experience working at senior leadership level within a charity or similar sector and it would be highly desirable if you have experience of working with people with physical disabilities or have an understanding and knowledge of the social care sector. As the CEO it is key for you to have excellent emotional intelligence in order to work with a variety of key stakeholders.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about the impact that our assistance dogs provide to our beneficiaries.
This role can be based from either of our Training Centres (Osgathorpe, Leicestershire or Heyshott, West Sussex), with regular travel throughout the UK. We will provide the use of a charity vehicle, a laptop and phone for this role.
