Prospectus is proud to be working with Award-Winning Tutors United in the search for their next CEO. Founded in 2012, they have grown to become the most prominent provider of charitable tuition services in the UK. Their aim is to have a world where income doesn’t affect educational outcomes and they are on a mission to use the power of tutoring to smash the barriers in education and enable every child to succeed.

They are now looking for a new ambassadorial CEO with an entrepreneurial flair, to replace their inspirational founder. This is an exciting time for the new postholder to continue to drive the organisation forward, continuing their momentum with business development, building partnerships and expanding networks.

This role is based in Farringdon, London with flexible Hybrid working available and will require some UK Travel, including in the Midlands and Northern England. Currently, they have a team of 105 tutors, delivering tutoring to over 500 pupils across the country and the new CEO will be responsible for positioning the organisation for new opportunities and execution to achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership experience and proven business acumen, alongside their solid financial planning skills. They will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos of Tutors United and enabling and promoting diversity
