Primary Care International is a globally recognised leader in strengthening capacity for primary healthcare delivery through valued partnerships with ministries of health, inter-governmental agencies, and non-governmental organisations operating across the global public health ecosystem. Our overall vision is of a world where everyone has access to quality healthcare which enables them to grow and live fulfilling lives.
Our work strengthens primary care globally with a focus on quality, resilience and equity. We do this by partnering with others to co-create, learn, innovate, catalyse change and advocate. We are guided in this mission by our ethics; legitimacy, integrity, freedom and equity.
Our diverse Clinical Associate network is on the frontline of our programme delivery, expertly supported and guided by our Operational Team. As our current CEO steps down, we are looking for an inspirational leader to take PCI forward in the next phase of its organisational life.
Our next CEO will work closely with us to define PCI’s future strategy and business plans, which we anticipate will focus on catalysing systemic change supported by multi-directional learning programmes. You will build our profile, voice and influence with global partners across healthcare, industry and government. You will lead all aspects of organisational delivery, including supervision of business functions and development of PCI as the leading global social enterprise in primary care. You will ensure that our organisational foundations spanning people, culture, capabilities, resources and influence are in place to deliver sustainable impact.
We’re looking for a mission-driven, impact-focused leader, proven in strategy development, business growth and team leadership. You will combine entrepreneurial flair with knowledge of the global public health landscape, and the ability to build our portfolio and influence while developing our team and clinical associate network. A fluency around and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion will underpin your work.
We believe that diversity and lived experience in all its forms (racial, ethnic, cognitive, gender, ability, sexuality, religious) is essential to high-performing teams and actively encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented across the sector.
