We are looking to recruit a new forward-thinking, proactive, professional to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Having strategic vision, yet not afraid to get involved in operational duties, you will continue to lead Age UK Scarborough & District through the recovery stage of the pandemic, ensuring sustainability, whilst maintaining a high level of services and activities for the local community.
Having a history of building strong relationships with local stakeholders, understanding the charitable sector and having a management background are key to this role. You will further be able to evidence that you can attract funding (including writing funding bids and tenders), are competent in preparing management accounts and think outside of the box.
You will join an expanding organisation, currently going through a great period of growth and change, with a supportive Board of Trustees, staff team and volunteers. You will make the Business Plan and Strategic Plan a reality, whilst ensuring the local community is at the centre of everything that we do.

Requirements: Full DBS Check, Driving Licence and access to a car, 2 years senior management experience
