Outstanding Opportunity to Lead a National Centre of Excellence in Healthcare
Chief Executive Shropshire
Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RJAH) is a leading orthopaedic centre of excellence. We are a specialist hospital with a reputation for innovation and for exceptional patient experience. We provide a comprehensive range of musculoskeletal surgical, medical and rehabilitation services locally, regionally and nationally.
Following the appointment of Mark Brandreth to a new system-leader role, there is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to succeed him as Chief Executive and to share their talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we serve.
We are seeking an individual with an excellent track record of achievement gained in a complex healthcare setting. Whether you are an existing or aspiring CEO, you will be a values-driven leader with a genuine commitment to patients and a collegiate approach. The successful candidate should demonstrate the capability to work effectively in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast-moving healthcare landscape and to provide inspirational leadership to a large and specialist workforce through programmes of major change.
We anticipate that this appointment will complement the skill and expertise of our existing Board and senior management team members, as well as providing an opportunity to develop a more diverse and representative Board of Directors. The Trust is keen to hear from applicants who can demonstrate a passion for outstanding quality services and a strong alignment with our values.
