Chief Executive Officer – Fitness Industry Full Time

A huge opportunity has become available for an experienced CEO to take the lead of a fantastic fitness brand! This is an outstanding position and there is a leading renumeration package, legacy and excellent further prospects available for the right candidate.

Some of the key focuses of the CEO will be:

• Overall leadership of each of the business and team
• Ensuring each part of the business is profitable and has the correct strategic direction
• Playing a pivotal role in the backend integration of the business including any required structural and strategic changes
• Continue to broaden and capitalise on the digitalisation of the business
• Exploring fresh opportunities to grow the business including franchising

About you:

• A minimum of 2+ years as a CEO
• A strong fitness industry background and outstanding knowledge of the sector
• A solid understanding and experience of driving business requirements at all levels including commercial, operational, health and safety and marketing
• Experience in franchising is strongly preferred but not essential
• Experience within boutique fitness preferred but not essential
• Experience within a start-up/ growing business/ business expansion
• Excellent and proven track record at board level
